The 'Strictly Limited Season' at the Theatre Royal has now been extended until November 1st!
The theatre was held open for an extension anyway but the option has now been taken as bookings are far better than expected.

A young actress with Noel coward after a dreadful opening night performance said to him 'Well, i knew my lines backwards this morning!'' Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'

I'd like to get to this in August, hopefully. Do they do Day Seats?
The rain we knew is a thing of the past -
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.

They've just not announced it openly so they can see how the show sells. A normal procedure in the West End. It was originally advertised as a limited run the same as the other two productions in this season.
Now they just need to get that album out!

Yes they do 20 day tickets for seats near to the back of the stalls. Don't be put off, they are still great seats...probably better than the front cos you can see the whole of the stage. The theatre isn't very big anyway.
You can purchase day tickets at 10am everyday from the box office.
I've seen the show 3 times....its superb! I always thought the run was until 1st Nov anyway

Up until last Saturday you wouldn't have been sold tickets past Aug 30th. Like i said, its theatre policies etc, nothing new.

Thanks Jacster, I'm working on a tight teenage budget, so the back of the stalls will suit me fine!
