The Daily Mail writes that Rosalie Craig will star as 'Rosalind' in AS YOU LIKE IT at the National Theatre, after Andrea Riseborough has had to withdraw from the show for personal reasons.

Polly Findlay will direct the play's first main stage production at the National since 1980, opening in November.

Craig joins Patsy Ferran, who will play 'Celia', with Mark Benton as 'Touchstone'.

Craig is also set to appear in WONDER.LAND at Manchester International Festival next month but will not move on to London with that production due to her new role in the Shakespearean comedy.

The actress had an award-winning run in THE LIGHT PRINCESS at the National two years ago and recently led CITY OF ANGELS at the Donmar. Among her other stage credits are MISS JULIE at Chichester, MACBETH at Manchester, FINDING NEVERLAND at the Leicester Curve, ASPECTS OF LOVE at Menier Chocolate Factory, RAGTIME at the Open Air Theatre, LORD OF THE RINGS and more.

Craig also appears in the new film adaptation of LONDON ROAD.
