The St. James Studio will present a brand new show for Christmas, Noël Coward's Christmas Spirits, which will run from 08 - 23 December 2014, with press performances on Wednesday 10 December at 3pm and 8pm.

Written and directed by Nick Hutchison, with musical direction by Stefan Bednarczyk (soon to appear in the studio with Anne Reid for their cabaret Just in Time) and designed by Annie Gosney, Noël Coward's Christmas Spirits will take audiences on a bittersweet festive journey, told through song, poetry and prose.

The cast is Charlotte Wakefield, Stefan Bednarczyk and Issy Van Randwyck.

London, December 1940: the bombs rain down in the Blitz, and Britain faces up to Christmas under fire. In his Mayfair flat, Noël Coward uses his latest creation, Madam Arcati, the visionary medium, to summon up voices that tell of the enduring spirit of Christmas through the ages.
