On Wednesday November 21 - during what would have been his final Broadway performance of his Tony Award-winning role of Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys - John Lloyd Young arrived outside the August Wilson Theatre to sign-in for the last time.

Due to the strike, John Lloyd Young unknowing sang his final song on November 9, 2007 before the theatre doors were closed.

However, loyal Jersey Boys and John Lloyd Young fans held a make-shift ceremony outside the darkened theatre doors with wine, banners, gifts and a poetry-reading toasting his long-time, successful run and best wishes for his future.
