Jon Peterson to Bring 'GEORGE M. COHAN TONIGHT!' to London
Jon Peterson, once a fixture of West End musicals, but disappearing around the millenium to the charms of the new world, is returning to London for three performances only, in the off-Broadway show that got him a Drama Desk nomination back in '06 for best solo performance in New York.
The show..."GEORGE M. COHAN TONIGHT!" by acclaimed writer Chip Deffaa - once the theatre critic for the New York Post - is a 95-minute telling of Cohan's life by the man himself; he an apparition who manifests an empty theatre for just long enough to enable him to live it all again - and for us all to joyously do the same right alongside him.
The show is playing the Tristan Bates Theatre as part of its FIRST2016 festival of solo shows.
