GUY MARTIN: UNPLANNED to Make Stage Debut at Parr Hall in Warrington

Former motorbike racer and daredevil Guy Martin will be sharing tales from his record-breaking career when he visits Warrington in November. The event is set for 1 November 2026.

Now a TV presenter, Guy is probably best known for achieving 17 podium finishes at the Isle of Man TT Races – considered one of the ultimate and most dangerous motorcycling events in the world.

In addition, the 44-year-old, who was born in Grimsby, holds a staggering seven speed records including a Guinness World Record for a perilous stunt on the world's largest ‘Wall of Death'.

But Guy is also known for his spectacular close calls, including crashing motorbikes at 200mph… and living to tell the tale.

Now, for the first time, Guy will be stepping onto stages across the country to share some of those adrenaline-fueled high and lows from his remarkable life.

The new show, packed with untold stories, behind-the-scenes moments, racing tales, engineering obsessions and the kind of chaos only Guy could find himself in, will be at Parr Hall on Sunday, 1 November.

A spokesperson for the tour said: “Expect laughs, unbelievable stories, honest conversation and a few moments that probably shouldn't make it into the show… but will anyway!

“From bikes and trucks to world records, close calls and adventures across the globe, no two nights will be the same.

“Funny, honest, unpredictable and absolutely unmissable! This is Guy Martin as you've never seen him before.”

Guy was just five when his father, a motorbike racer himself, bought him his first motorcycle. He then started working on engines when he was 12.

By the age of 19, Guy had made his debut race at Cadwell Park. That same year he crashed 14 times – but never once thought about giving up.

Guy finally retired from racing in 2017 after a bad crash at the Ulster Grand Prix. He has since written six hit autobiographical and engineering books and has enjoyed a colourful career as a TV presenter.

Highlights have included building a working replica of a First World War tank from scratch and training with the Royal Marines in the Arctic Circle.
