On Wednesday 9 March, there will be two intimate concerts at 7pm and 9.30pm to launch Boogie 4 Stu, Ben Waters's tribute album in memory of the late Ian Stewart ('Stu'), co-founder of the Rolling Stones.  Ian Stewart died from a heart attack aged 47 on 12 December 1985 and proceeds from the album will go to the British Heart Foundation.  The Rolling Stones, Bill Wyman, PJ Harvey and Jools Holland have all contributed to the album.

Ben Waters is one quarter of the ABC&D of Boogie Woogie (Axel Zwingenberger, Charlie Watts and Dave Green making up the other three quarters). When Ben decided to make a tribute album to Ian Stewart, Jools Holland offered his recording studio and gradually various people came on board to contribute to the album.

"BOOGIE FOR STU" is presented at the Ambassadors Theatre by Sally Humphreys Productions Limited.  Tickets, priced £50-£80, are available from the box office on 08448 112334 or at www.theambassadorstheatre.co.uk.
