Following sold-out seasons at the Royal Albert Hall and numerous world tours, The Imperial Ice Stars bring their dazzling production of The Nutcracker on Ice to the UK's no.1 Christmas destination, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, from Friday 18th November to Monday 2nd January 2017, as part of the event's 10th anniversary festivities. Due to popular demand, the world-class ice dance spectacular has added extra performances to the 12.00pm, 5.30pm and 8.30pm timeslots. Tickets can be booked at www.hydeparkwinterwonderland.com.

Specially created for Winter Wonderland, this one-hour version of the Christmas classic will be performed in a magnificent new indoor venue - The Winter Palace Theatre. Showcasing jaw-dropping skating, sumptuous projected scenery, lavish costumes, spectacular flying sequences, acrobatics, fire and illusions, The Nutcracker on Ice is a thrilling theatrical experience that will enchant all ages.

To Tchaikovsky's famous score, the cast of World, European and National Championship-level skaters will astound and mesmerise audiences in the intimate setting of the frozen theatre stage. As midnight strikes on Christmas Eve, a toy Nutcracker comes to life, sweeping a young girl to a world of enchantment and wonder where she meets many colourful characters including the Mouse King, the Nutcracker Prince and, of course, the Sugar Plum Fair
