MOVING STORIES 2018 Comes To Muhlenberg College
Muhlenberg College presents MOVING STORIES 2018 as part of its mainstage season, running Nov. 8 to Nov. 10.
It will be in the Dorothy Hess Baker Theatre in the Trexler Pavilion for Theatre and Dance.
It features original dances as diverse as the choreographers' points of view and approaches to dancemaking - from narration in physical form to the poetic abstraction of a single idea. Through collaboration and creative expression, talented advanced dance students create works that explore memories archived within the body, draw inspiration from the mathematics of movement, or illuminate the human condition. The evening will also feature a work by faculty guest artist Teresa VanDenend Sorge.
