CIMRI is Now Playing at Zorlu PSM

Cimri has now opened at Zorlu PSM in Turkey.

Semaver Kumpanya has been staging Moliere's famous play "Cimri" with Tansu Biçer's interpretation and Serkan Keskin's much talked about "Harpagon" performance for 7 seasons at a sold-out place.

Performances run through 27 March.

"The least human of the people in the world, the hardest hearted of the creatures on earth, the meanest of the meanest. Nothing can be more dry than his love, and barren from his caresses. He goes so hard to give, he doesn't even greet anyone, he even takes it; he takes it alone..."

This is how those who know him describe the miser... Who is this miser? Is it really as cruel, hard-hearted, mean and evil as they say? Is human born like this? Is it just a typed character? Are there any such people around? What would it be like to live with such a person? You will look at the internal and external structure of many people and families and witness strange coincidences through the window between looking at a certain group and looking at a generalization in the famous work of the 17th century French comedy writer Moliere.
