Toronto comedian Adam Mohammed invites audiences to the Tranzac on August 19, September 16, October 21 and November 25, 2025 for a wholesome night of irony with Literal Trash: A Comedy Experience. Literal Trash follows Trash (pronouns: “trash” or “it”), a two foot sentient garbage bag with a heart of gold, in an experimental physical comedy show for fans of WALL-E and Marcel the Shell with Shoes On. Created and performed by Adam Mohammed, with coaching and mentoring from Isaac Kessler, Literal Trash: A Comedy Experience is an exploration of what happens when a bag of trash comes to life. Trash is a friendly yet often overlooked bag who has been waiting for the garbage truck to finally bring it to the landfill where it might find friends. Trash’s urban wildlife neighbours are moving to Orangeville, and it carries a deep longing to belong.
