Welcome to Ed's room at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, the best place to drink, smoke and live large. Go down the palliative lens into one man's battle to be dead and the inability of his family to assist him. A provocative and entertaining look at male depression, assisted suicide and how the men in our lives create their identity. What would you do if you asked for help and never received any? How do you ask someone to help you die? Would you pull the plug for someone? Inspired by true events.

Directed by Taliesin McEnaney with Hannah Spear as Anne and Andrew Ritchie as Ed. Scenography by Claire Hill, Dramaturgy by Elena Belyea and Stage Manager is Kathleen Hemsworth.

Assist Ed is performing at 2:00 pm & 8:00pm on Saturday, November 25. Workshop Presentation with a talkback following each performance.
