THE DAISY THEATRE is Ronnie Burkett unleashed and unscripted! Flying by the seat of his pants, Ronnie manipulates and voices a cast of forty marionettes, including new never-met characters, through variety acts, impromptu monologues, musical numbers and audience participation.
Since its premiere at the 2013 Luminato Festival, this unique performance, which changes every night, has played to thousands with everyone falling in love with the ridiculous, tender and outrageous antics of Daisy Theatre favorites Esme Massengill, Mrs. Edna Rural and beloved fairy child Schnitzel. With the ever-changing content and nightly improv in the intimate setting of the Factory Studio, THE DAISY THEATRE is "One you shouldn't miss. NNNN" - NOW Magazine, Toronto Currently completing a sold-out run in Calgary, the Herald proclaimed THE DAISY THEATRE "One of the more excellent shows you'll see this season . . . maybe ever."
