Santa Paula Theater Center to Stage DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE, 2/7-3/16

Santa Paula Theater Center opens their 2014 Season with Sarah Ruhl's "beguiling new comedy", DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE, from February 7 - March 16, 2014. DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE will have performances on Friday and Saturday Evenings at 8 pm and Sunday Matinees at 2:30 pm.
Playwright Sarah Ruhl comments on the social mores of modern life when technology intervenes in the insightful comedy, DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE . "That commonplace gadget you are advised to turn off when the lights of the theater go down, or when the plane takes off, becomes a mysteriously powerful totem of transformation in DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE." DAVID RALPHE, SPTC's Artistic Director, will direct this production with Leslie Nichols as Producer and Leticia Mattson as Stage Manager. The cast features Katy Cryns , Brian Robert Harris, Kathleen Silverman, Vivien Latham, Ron Flesher, and Sommer Branham .
