THE PRODUCERS Comes to American Stage This Spring

April and May are going to be bringing "springtime for Hitler" in this new production of THE PRODUCERS. Located in St. Petersburg, Florida, American Stage plans to bring this comedic musical to American Stage in the Park. This production will be presented by Bank of America.

The show has preview dates set for April 18, 2018 and April 19, 2018.

Then, on April 20, 2018, THE PRODUCERS will have its official opening night, but be sure to grab your tickets ASAP because it will only run until May 13, 2018. The opening night is also American Stage's largest fundraiser of the Year - The Gala Under the Stars!

THE PRODUCERS is a musical about Broadway producer, Max, and accountant, Leo. These two attempt to get themselves into a bit of trouble by making a total flop of a Broadway show, but their plan doesn't go exactly as they thought.

Written by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan, THE PRODUCERS will star Matthew McGee as Max. Other cast and creative teams have yet to be announced, but tickets are on sale now here. Other information on regulations, concessions, and more is located on their site at americanstage.org.
