Mitzi Macintosh Presents One-Woman Show A Lifetime In Lipstick at Everest Theatre ImageTrevor Ashley announces he is presenting and directing Sydney drag legend Mitzi Macintosh when she returns to Australia in her first ever one-woman show A Lifetime in Lipstick!

Playing at the Seymour Centre for three nights only from 22 to 24 February, Mitzi will be performing all her favourite spot numbers, as well as telling hilarious stories whether it be about her first time in drag, or gossip about all the legends of the golden mile...from Scooters, The Albury Hotel and Bingay to being Mardi Gras Parade Director and star of The Imperial Hotel.

Mitzi was the face of Sydney Drag and is one of the most respected performers within the drag industry. Not only is Mitzi a professional, she is a true DIVA, winning 34 Drag Industry Variety Awards during her career (more than any other performer in Sydney history). In 2007 Mitzi (Graeme Browning) was voted one of "The 25 most influential Gay and Lesbian Australians" in the Same Same 25 list. The following year Mitzi was voted one of Sydney's top 100 Influential people by leading newspaper, Sydney Morning Herald.

Wearing an array of dazzling costumes of her own creation, peek behind the curtain of Sydney drag, and relive the highlights celebrating Mardi Gras' 40th year.

Chock full of glamour and gags, it's a not to be missed stumble down memory lane... in pretty high heels.

Warning: This production contains adult themes, coarse language, drug use, haze, strobe lighting and loud noise. Restricted to ages 18+

Mardi Gras at Seymour Centre is produced by the Seymour Centre in association with Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
