Final tickets will be released next Monday 7 September for the Sydney season of the De-lightful, De-lovely musical Anything Goes. The first preview in the Joan Sutherland Theatre, Sydney Opera House will be held this Saturday 5 September, with the opening night on Tuesday 8 September, and final performance on 31 October.

At the 2015 Helpmann Awards, the new John Frost/Opera Australia production of Anything Goes was presented with three Helpmann Awards. Caroline O'Connor won Best Female Actor in a Musical, Alex Rathgeber won Best Male Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical, and Andrew Hallsworth won Best Choreography in a Musical.

This glorious musical has been acclaimed by critics and audiences alike in Melbourne and Brisbane, and now its Sydney's turn to Get A Kick Out Of Anything Goes. The Age gave Anything Goes four stars, saying "Riotously entertaining. Anything Goes is a must-see for musical theatre fans ... Caroline O'Connor thrills as Reno Sweeney... she delivers everything you could want - a big, bold, brassy performance full of vocal splendour, impeccable comic timing, and show-stopping tap routines danced with dynamic flair." The Herald Sun, also awarding four stars, claimed the show is "Stylish... exuberant... Anything Goes is still De-lightful, De-licious and De-lovely." The Australian cried, "Goodness knows, Anything's pure gold ... A joyously energized production" and the Courier-Mail said, "It's brilliant! ... Cole Porter is, well, to paraphrase him, the tops."

Caroline O'Connor leads the Anything Goes cast as evangelist turned nightclub singer Reno Sweeney; Todd McKenney plays Lord Evelyn Oakleigh; Alex Rathgeber is young Wall Street broker Billy Crocker; Claire Lyon is American debutante Hope Harcourt, and Carmen Duncan in her musical theatre debut plays Evangeline Harcourt; Wayne Scott Kermond is second-rate gangster Moonface Martin; Debora Krizak is Moonface's girlfriend Erma; Bartholomew John is Wall Street banker Elisha J. Whitney; while the legendary Gerry Connolly plays the Captain of the S.S. American.

For decades, Anything Goes has captivated millions with its delightful story of madcap antics aboard the S.S. American. When the ocean liner embarks from New York to London, etiquette and convention get tossed out the portholes as two unlikely pairs set off on the course to find true love... proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, an exotic disguise and some good old-fashioned blackmail.

This dazzling musical celebration, described by Ben Brantley of The New York Times as "a deluxe candy box of Cole Porter's best songs," features a hilarious tale of topsy-turvy relationships, mistaken identities and foiled plots, peppered with some of musical theatre's most memorable standards including You're The Top, De-Lovely, I Get A Kick Out Of You and of course the title song, Anything Goes.

Winner of three Tony Awards, including Best Musical Revival and Choreography during its most recent Broadway run, Anything Goes is a stunning nautical favourite. This first-class musical extravaganza begins on Saturday at the Sydney Opera House and plays until 31 October.
