BROARNA I MADISON COUNTY Comes to Maxim Teatern September 12
Opening September 12, 2018, Broarna i Madison County, or Bridges of Madison County, will be playing at the Maxim Teatern in Stockholm.
The show stars Viktoria Tocca as Francesca Johnson, Daniel Sjöberg as Robert Kincaid, Joachim Bergström as Richard "Bud" Johnson, Petra Nielsen as Marge, Dan Bratt as Charlie, Janna Yngwe as Marian, Moa Pellegrini as Carolyn, and Mattias Disman as Michael. The ensemble includes Josephine Betschart, Jonathan Björck, Hanna Boquist, Oscar Collin, Pia Ternström, and Ein Uvia Salas.
The show tells the story of Francesca Johnson, a beautiful Italian woman who married an American soldier to flee war-ravaged Italy. She looks forward to a rare four days alone on her Iowa farm when her family heads to the 1965 State Fair. When the ruggedly handsome National Geographic photographer Robert Kincaid pulls into her driveway seeking directions, what happens in those four days may very well alter the course of Francesca's life.
Bridges of Madison County features music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown and is based on the novel by Robert James Walker.
