The Department of Theatre and Musical Theatre BFA programs develop outstanding theatre artists with the professional skills, intellectual vigor, and creative resources necessary to excel and thrive in the performing arts of the 21st century. Students find that upon graduation they are well prepared for careers in either commercial or education theatre. We welcome you to the SHSU theatre program and we want you to make our theatre program your new home.
