Berry College

The dance minor program focuses on the art of making dances, as well as the art and science of teaching dance. Our offering of different types of technique classes is a part of our plan to nurture creative, versatile dancers and choreographers. The annual spring dance concert provides the opportunity for students to choreograph and dance in a main stage production, while the fall dance performance class enables our dancers to create a young audience performance for our annual Tour-of-Schools. Other courses focus on a survey of dance, dance history, music for dance, and costuming.
