We sometime in the twenty-first century.
The sources of oil are exhausted, and while the new energies are not yet available to most of the population, the remaining oil reserves are in the hands of a tiny minority who has fled a powerful class cities and more populated areas to the most inhospitable places on the planet as Greenland, the limit as far as possible of all civilization, now converted into an island haven not yet reached the last effects of the oil that was ends: the so-called "plastic island" stretching from ocean to ocean.
The widow of an oil tanker with a rare disease, a white rapper with creative crisis, a hunter of seals and caribou, an Ultraman seeking the limits of his body, a traveler without crossing limits ... are some of the last members of the expedition to the island of Inuit, an ancient culture now endangered.
