The world leading director, Lev Dodin and his Maly Drama Theatre Of St. Petersburg brings us ‘Uncle Vanya' by Anton Chekhov from May 5 to 8.

Dodin had conceived his own interpretation of the play for 20 years, until 2003 when he finally mounted his version on stage. He describes ‘Uncle Vanya' as the most beautiful crystalline of all Chekhov's plays. He reveals in his production love, loss, vanity and life we still need to bear. Dodin will let us look into the moments in our own lives.
