Matching the earlier comedy of this summer's A Midsummer Night's Dream, John Fagan and his band of performers brings Shakespeare's bloody tale of war and family mayhem to Falls Park on the Reedy on Thursday, July 13th with Titus Andronicus.

Featuring stylized blood and plenty of stage combat, the performance delivers the story of general Titus Andronicus (played by Maurice Reed) and his long war of revenge, struggle, and power with the Goths.

Titus Andronicus runs July 13th through July 30th on every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night at 7:00pm. The Upstate Shakespeare Festival will perform on each of those nights unless intolerable weather arrives.

Titus Andronicus is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets for seating. Any patrons wishing to drink alcohol must purchase a wrist band from the Upstate Shakespeare Festival tent.

The play will feature performances from Maurice Reed, Simon Crowe, John Hansen, Richard Beveridge, Josh Wilson, Cameron Shaw, Connor Saxon, Brianna Rodriguez, MJ Maurer, Bronson Delgado, Robert Fuson, John Carino, Brian Reeder, Kat Stoneback, James Cartee, Bethany Reed, Tony Giordano, Cameron Trieper, Austin Smith, and Christiana Reubert.

The Upstate Shakespeare Festival is produced under the banner of The Warehouse Theatre.
