Stradivari Quartet at DeBartolo Performing Arts Center

Four outstanding young musicians from China, Korea, Poland and Switzerland bring out of four Strads the height and depth of human emotion expressed in the planned program Four Stories, Four Strads. Technical precision and perfect musical instruments finely draw the monumental works that hint at the fragility of life (including Bartok’s ghostly scherzo movement) only to close with the turbulent Brahms.
