TOPDOG UNDERDOG Comes To South Bend Civic Theatre Next Month
South Bend Civic Theatre is presenting TOPDOG UNDERDOG, running from August 10 to August 19.
Suzan-Lori Parks' darkly comic fable of brotherly love and family identity, is also an exploration of the way we are defined by history. The play tells the story of Lincoln and Booth, two brothers whose names were given to them as a joke, foretelling a lifetime of sibling rivalry and resentment.
The play is the recipient of the 2002 Pulitzer Prize.
