ImproGuise Presents: Pop-Up Improv At Alexander Upstairs
Following on from their last successful three nights of improvised 'Fake Place" at Alexander Bar in Sept, ImproGuise, Cape Town's oldest and most loved Improv troupe, take to their favourite stage in Cape Town to bring you their special brand of high risk and hilarious, long form improv, this time in the form of three most loved audience favourites. Choose one, or come to all three. Film Noir, Naked Improv and the hugely popular, Fake Place.
Thursday 22 November is the sizzling, fairly new format The Big... An Improvised Film Noir- Inspired by the much loved 1940's film genre, the actors explore the 'detective film" with its hard-boiled Private detectives, sultry backstabbing dames and seedy criminals in a dazzling but shadowy world.

Friday 23 November sees the return of an incredibly popular format Naked Improv Stripped down to its bare minimum. Improv from nothing. Daring and delicious.

Saturday 24 November is the wildly popular and gut wrenchingly funny "Fake Place" - a homespun tale, where a handful of highly skilled improvisers explore a fictional place and play all the loveable and eccentric characters in it
