Shakey Graves will perform at The District on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. as part of his Fondness, Etc. Tour. Tickets will go on sale Friday, April 24 at 10:00 a.m., with prices starting at $33.50 plus applicable fees.
Shakey Graves, the performance moniker of Austin, Texas-born Alejandro Rose-Garcia, has built a career centered on unconventional fan engagement and evolving musical releases. Over the years, his projects have included burning CDs and packaging them in personalized decorated bags, creating scavenger hunts that send fans in search of exclusive recordings, and releasing music through Bandcamp.
Rose-Garcia has described his approach as a “choose your own adventure” experience for listeners, emphasizing discovery through unpredictability. His work continues to blend elements of folk, Americana, and rock, with a focus on live performance and audience connection.
In 2024, he marked the 10-year anniversary of his album And The War Came with a special edition release featuring previously unreleased demos and b-sides from the original recording sessions, along with an invitation for fans to revisit the long-abandoned “Music House” connected to the project.
