MJ The Michael Jackson Musical is a four-time Tony Award-winning production set in 1992, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Michael Jackson's Dangerous World Tour. Featuring more than 25 of Michael Jackson's greatest hits including Beat It, Smooth Criminal, Man in the Mirror and Thriller, the show combines his music with electrifying choreography by director and choreographer Christopher Wheeldon. Written by two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, the musical explores pivotal moments in Jackson's artistry through the lens of an MTV journalist granted rare rehearsal-room access.
