STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was held earlier today, May 27th in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and 44th and 45th Streets. Hosted by HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH's Darren Criss, Broadway's best turned out for the annual performance - including Kinky Boots' Mia Gentile, who performed 'The History of Wrong Guys'!

Kinky Boots, the Tony and Grammy Award-winning hit musical, celebrated two-year anniversary on Broadway on Saturday, April 4, 2015. Featuring a Tony Award-winning score by pop icon Cyndi Lauper, a book by Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein, and direction and choreography by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell, opened to rave reviews on April 4, 2013, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th St), where it's played 835 performances for over a million people... and counting! The Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots is still bringing audiences to their feet nightly at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). The show has enlisted the help of Broadway's favorite pint-sized critic, Iain Armitage, to spread the message of the musical to kids everywhere. Kyle Taylor Parker, who has been starring as 'Lola' in the National Tour of the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots, steps into the role on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) for three months, taking over for Tony Award-winner Billy Porter. KINKY BOOTS has taken South Korea by storm, marking the first international production of the Tony-winning musical. The show is set to run through February 22, 2015 in Seoul at the Chungmu Art Hall Grand Theatre. Check out highlights below!

Kinky Boots opened on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on April 4, 2013. In Kinky Boots, Charlie Price (Tony Award nominee Stark Sands) has suddenly inherited his father's shoe factory, which is on the verge of bankruptcy. Trying to live up to his father's legacy and save his family business, Charlie finds inspiration in the form of Lola (Billy Porter). A fabulous entertainer in need of some sturdy stilettos, Lola turns out to be the one person who can help Charlie become the man he's meant to be. As they work to turn the factory around, this unlikely pair finds that they have more in common than they ever dreamed possible... and discovers that when you change your mind about someone, you can change your whole world.
