New York Deaf Theatre's 35th Anniversary Season to Open with THE STRANGE CASE OF DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE

New York Deaf Theater, the longest running company of its kind in New York City, under the Artistic Direction of James W. Guido, will celebrate its 35th anniversary season with a new spin on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic tale, THE STRANGE CASE OF DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE. Adapted by Noah Smith, the production is told in American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English for deaf and hearing audiences. Previews begin on Friday, November 7th at the June Havoc Theatre (Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex - 1st floor). The official opening is on Tuesday, November 11th at 7:30PM. Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich to Perform Original Musical Off-Broadway

From the stages of Greenwich to the stages of New York, soon young actors at Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich will be able to add a new experience to their resumes, "Off-Broadway." Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich, has commissioned composer Zachary Israel Nobile Kampler and librettist Rocco Natale to write a new musical for its theatre program as well as national affiliates.

The 2013 MLB All-Star Charity Concert benefiting Sandy Relief will star Alan Gilbert and the New York Philharmonic with special guest appearance by multiple Grammy Award winner Mariah Carey tonight, July 13, three days in advance of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Citi Field, which airs on FOX. The concert, which will be free to fans but requires each attendee to have a ticket, will take place on the iconic Great Lawn at Central Park tonight, July 13 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
