Bay Street Theater has announced a 'Pay What You Can' performance for AS YOU LIKE IT, a comedy by William Shakespeare, directed by Tony Award winner John Doyle, with original music by Stephen Schwartz, on Tuesday, August 8 at 7 pm.

The seven time Tony winning musical, The Wiz, presents the story of The Wizard of Oz with a soulful twist. It tells the story of family, friendship, and the power of home.

Bay Street Theater is pleased to announce the full cast for AS YOU LIKE IT by William Shakespeare, directed by Tony Award winner John Doyle. The production will run at Bay Street Theater from August 8 - September 3. The production will star Hannah Cabell (The Father, Men on Boats, Major Barbara) as Rosalind, Academy Award, Emmy Award and Tony Award winner Ellen Burstyn (Same Time, Next Year, The Last Picture Show, The Exorcist) as Jacques, and Andre De Shields (The Full Monty, Ain't Misbehavin', The Wiz) as Touchstone.

The 71st Annual Tony Awards are this Sunday June 11th at 8/9c hosted by Kevin Spacey. Fifth grade theatrical students in the Hazelwood school district, arts education students with severe developmental disabilities at Boonslick State School, and nearly 400 musical students from Keeven Elementary School, are just a few of those who will benefit from the $30,000 in grants awarded to 11 arts education projects funded by the Maritz Arts and Education Fund for Teachers, it was announced today by the Arts and Education Council.
