Featuring Aldo Billingslea (Collapse), Gabriel Marin (Collapse, Jack Goes Boating), and Carrie Paff (A Delicate Balance, Collapse, Betrayal), THIS IS HOW IT GOES presents a one-two punch after LaBute's Fat Pig (staged at Aurora in 2009).

Village Green Productions has announced the return of THE BOOMERANG EFFECT, written by Matthew Leavitt, produced by Del Shores and directed by Damaso Rodriguz. THE BOOMERANG EFFECT will mark the final production Mr. Rodriguez will direct in Los Angeles prior to his becoming Artistic Director of the Artists Repertory Theatre in Portland. Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz,and Rafe Spall will star on Broadway in Harold Pinter's BETRAYAL, directed by ten-time Tony Award-winner Mike Nichols. BETRAYAL will begin performances on Tuesday, October 1 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street). Opening night is Sunday, November 3. BETRAYAL is a strictly limited engagement, running 14 weeks only, through January 5, 2014.

Betty Cuningham Gallery has announced an exhibition of recent paintings by Philip Pearlstein. The exhibition, the artist's sixth show at the gallery, will include approximately 10 paintings and 5 watercolors dating from 2011 to the present. The exhibition will be on view today, February 21- March 30, 2013, with an opening reception set for tonight, February 21st, 6-8pm.

Rising Sun Performance Company (Akia, Founding Artistic Director) announced today that Hotel Suite, its three-week site specific group of plays set in a real Upper West Side hotel room, will resume performances Thursday, November 1st with Room 128, a collection of six short plays, at 8:00 pm at Hostelling International (891 Amsterdam Avenue at 103rd Street). Due to Hurricane Sandy, Hotel Suite, which began performances October 11th, has been dark since Sunday, October 28th.

GRACE on Broadway has announced that international best-selling author Elizabeth Gilbert (Eat Pray Love) will participate in a post-show conversation about the play as it relates to issues of faith directly following the Wednesday, October 17th at 7pm performance of the show.
