Elvis is in the house!  Opening Night of the New York premiere of Attack of the Elvis Impersonators, the zany new musical that will leave you howling for more, with book, music and lyrics by Lory Lazarus, at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues) is tomorrow, June 15, 2017 at 8:00 p.m.

Broadway veterans Carole Demas, who originated the role of Sandy in Grease, and Sarah Rice, who originated the role of Johanna in Sweeney Todd, have teamed up to celebrate the music of Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt, composers of THE FANTASTICKS, 110 IN THE SHADE, I DO! I DO! and more. Demas and Rice have based their show on their 50 years of work and personal relationships with Jones and Schmidt.

Full casting for the UK tour of Ira Levin's Tony-nominated classic thriller Deathtrap includes Sam Phillips (Clifford), Beverly Klein (Helga ten Dorp) and Julien Ball (Porter). They join the previously announced TV stars Paul Bradley (Holby City and EastEnders) as Sidney Bruhl and BAFTA nominee Jessie Wallace (EastEnders and Fings Ain't Wot They Used T'Be) as Myra Bruhl.

Music Theater Works (formerly Light Opera Works) presents the Leonard Bernstein classic, CANDIDE, based on Voltaire's satire on the follies of the human race, at Cahn Auditorium in Evanston, June 3 through 11. The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts announced today that James A. Rocco has decided to step down from his role as Vice President of Programming and Producing Artistic Director to pursue his freelance career. After more than a decade of remarkable service to the Ordway, Mr. Rocco's departure date is planned for December 22, 2017.

The Roustabouts Theatre Company presents a comic retelling of a classic romance WITHERING HEIGHTS, based on 'Withering Heights' by Emily Bronte, written and performed by Phil Johnson and Omri Schein and directed by David Ellenstein, bringing together two notable local actors and North Coast Rep's Artistic Director to direct the World Premiere at Diversionary Theatre from June 11 to July 9.
