Herb Alpert's career includes five decades of unprecedented success as a musician, record producer and philanthropist. In 2014, Herb won his ninth Grammy for the album Steppin' Out and was awarded the National Medal of Arts from President Obama.

Indonesian philanthropist and leading collector Haryanto Adikoesoemo announced today the construction of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN, pronounced Mah-Chahn), the country's first museum dedicated to international modern and contemporary art.
