'In the Time of Peac*cks' (published by iUniverse), written by Lynne Handy, tells the story of Cate Miller (once known as Caterina Montserrat y Vega) who struggles to find her true identity. The novel covers a span of nearly 60 years (1939-1995) and takes place in Mexico, Indiana, Texas and the upper peninsula of Michigan.

L.A. Theatre Works' Radio Theatre Series will air KINDERTRANSPORT written by Diane Samuels, directed by Jeannie Hackett and featuring Jane Kaczmarek, Susan Sullivan and Molly Quinn. THE PIANIST OF WILLESDEN LANE, starring internationally-acclaimed storyteller and pianist, Mona Golabek, which was recently extended due to popular demand through September 1, will host a special talk back discussion on Sunday, August 18 following with 3 p.m. performance.
