The King Center for the Performing Arts has announced a variety of music, dance and holiday entertainment coming up this season. Scroll down for details!

The Old Globe presents its third production of the 2014 Summer Season, Ronald Harwood's comedy Quartet, directed by Richard Seer (Other Desert Cities, God of Carnage, The Last Romance). Harwood received an Academy Award for his screenplay of The Pianist and was nominated for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly and The Dresser (also a hit on Broadway and the West End). Quartet will play in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, today, July 25 - August 24, 2014.

In a career spanning 50 years, Patricia Dell has done a little bit of almost everything, playing everywhere from carnivals to opera halls, to main stages across the US. The one thing she's never done -- until now -- is carry off a one-woman show. She opens tonight, July 10th at the Open Eye Theater in the Catskills (www.theopeneyetheater.org), in ASCAP award-winner Chip Deffaa's one-woman show 'One Night with Fanny Brice.'

Though it had previously seemed inevitable that O'Hara would appear as Anna next spring on Broadway, it is impossible to know for certain yet.

Bucks County Playhouse has announced Marsha Mason has joined the cast of its new production of Ira Levin's Deathtrap, directed by Evan Cabnet. Mason, who is currently directing the Playhouse production of Neil Simon's Chapter Two that begins performances tonight, will play the role of the mysterious Helga Ten Dorp. The comedy thriller begins performances tonight, June 19.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, one of Rodgers & Hammerstein's most beloved musicals, The King and I, will be brought back to the stage by Lincoln Center Theater in Spring 2015. On the red carpet for tonight's 2014 Tony Awards, long-rumored lead Kelli O'Hara confirmed she's currently in talks to reteam with THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY director, Bartlett Sher, on the revival.

Broadway legend, Barbara Cook, will be honored with The Julie Harris Award for Artistic Achievement at The Actors Fund's 18th Annual Tony Awards Viewing Party on June 8th, 2014.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, one of Rodgers & Hammerstein's most beloved musicals, The King and I, will be brought back to the stage by Lincoln Center Theater in Spring 2015. BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that Tony winner Bartlett will direct the revival. Casting has not yet been announced, though Rodgers and Hammerstein veteran Kelli O'Hara, who just concluded a run in Sher's The Bridges of Madison County, has long been rumored to lead the revival.

Songwriting team Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II brought melodies and words to life in some of the most iconic movie musicals of the 20th Century, and now Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment plans to bring that magic home with The Rodgers & Hammerstein Blu-ray Collection today, May 6.
