ABC celebrates the most wonderful time of the year with special '25 Days of Christmas' programming starting Dec. 1. The network joins Freeform, Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior in this fan-favorite TV event. The 'Kickoff to Christmas' begins in late November with perennial holiday treat 'Santa Claus is Comin' to Town.' The month of December is filled with special Christmas-themed episodes, the return of 'The Great Christmas Light Fight' and 'The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition,' and timeless animated classics and holiday films. The celebration continues after Christmas with New Year's-themed programming ringing in 2019.

Ms. Sarah Dash will premiere her new show, A Tribute To Aretha Franklin: The Queen Of Soul, in three cities this November. This special concert celebration will feature Sarah Dash singing All The Great Aretha Franklin Classics (including Respect, Chain Of Fools, Freeway Of Love, Ain't No Way, Jump To It), and telling inside stories of her friendship with The Queen. Bernard Purdy, who played in Ms. Franklin's band through the years, will be the musical director for Ms. Dash for these performances.

Geva Theatre Center unveils its line-up for the Festival of New Theatre 2018 to be held in the Fielding Stage from October 29 - December 2. FONT 2018 is a vibrant and innovative mix of new works by some of the most exciting playwrights from across the country and around the corner and is part of Geva's ongoing commitment to developing and producing new work for the American theatre.

MusicWorks today announced that it would be presenting 15 classic folk and rock concerts October through April at Old School Square, located at 51 N. Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach. Ten of the concerts will be presented in the venue's Crest Theatre, while five will be held in Old School Square's outdoor Pavilion.

Following a highly acclaimed sold out 8-week run at Curve, the first new production in 25 years of Jim Jacobs & Warren Casey's iconic musical GREASE will tour the UK and Ireland in 2019, directed by Nikolai Foster and choreographed by Arlene Phillips and starring Peter Andre as Teen Angel at certain performances. BEDLAM announces the new production of UNCLE ROMEO VANYA JULIET. This new theatrical mashup of ROMEO & JULIET and UNCLE VANYA will kick off Bedlam's 2018/2019 season instead of the previously announced ROMEO & JULIET and UNCLE VANYA in repertory. The cast for UNCLE ROMEO VANYA JULIET will feature Edmund Lewis, Susannah Millonzi, Randolph Curtis Rand, Zuzanna Szadkowski and Eric Tucker.

Sandra Dickinson has had a long and diverse career, spanning stage and screen. An American who has lived in the UK for over four decades, she was recently seen in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One and as Lucille Ball in I Loved Lucy at the Arts Theatre. She is currently starring opposite Jonathan Chambers in the European premiere of The Unbuilt City at the King's Head Theatre.

This co-production with the Resident Ensemble Players comes to Polonsky Shakespeare Center (262 Ashland Pl, Brooklyn), May 10-27.

National New Play Network, the country's alliance of nonprofit theaters that champions the development, production, and continued life of new plays, announces five NNPN Rolling World Premieres (RWP): Ready Steady Yeti Go by David Jacobi, Ripe Frenzy by Jennifer Barclay, Apples in Winter by Jennifer Fawcett, The Mermaid Hour by David Valdes Greenwood, and Heartland by Gabriel Jason Dean. The five plays will receive a total of 17 NNPN RWP productions, with each play seeing at least three distinct productions in a 12-month period.

DENVER- The American Library Association (ALA) today announced the top books, video and audio books for children and young adults-including the Caldecott, Coretta Scott King, Newbery and Printz awards-at its Midwinter Meeting in Denver, Colorado.

American Composers Orchestra (ACO) announces two performances presented by Carnegie Hall in Zankel Hall during the 2018-2019 season. In 2018-2019, under the leadership of Artistic Director Derek Bermel, Music Director George Manahan, and President Edward Yim, ACO continues its commitment to the creation, performance, preservation, and promotion of music by American composers, with programming that reflects the infinite ways American orchestral music illustrates geographic, stylistic, gender, and racial diversity. ACO's concerts at Carnegie Hall include premieres by 2017 Pulitzer Prize-winner Du Yun, by composer and Imani Winds flutist Valerie Coleman, and by Alex Temple, a composer who integrates love for pop culture and the Western classical tradition. Additional 2018-2019 performances and activities will be announced in March 2018.
