Rosebud Baker, one of the stars of the upcoming Sundance Channel original series "Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys" will star in a staged reading of Monica Bauer's The Maternal Instinct on Monday, December 6th at 7pm at the WorkShop Theater's Main Stage (Baker also won the Best Actress in One Act Play Award in this past summer's Planet Connections Theatre Festivity).

Second Stage Theatre will present the New York premiere of Rajiv Joseph's (Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo) Gruesome Playground Injuries featuring Pablo Schreiber and Jennifer Carpenter in 2011, the New York Times reveals today. Opening in less than two weeks at Starlight Musical Theatre's stage is Hello, Dolly!, the classic Broadway musical tale of Dolly Levi and her mischievous matchmaking ways. Mr. Weitz returns to Second Stage Theatre, where his plays Privilege and Show People premiered in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
