Michael J. Fresher has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts (www.tobincenter.org), which is owned and will be operated by the Bexar County Performing Arts Center Foundation. He will assume his new position in San Antonio on May 21. Foundation Chairman J. Bruce Bugg Jr. made the announcement.

LES MISERABLES is a lot of things, but, first and foremost, it is that which it is unlike that makes it most remarkable of all; that is: it is unlike any movie musical ever made. And, it is a masterpiece.
