Two-time Tony Award-winning Goodspeed Musicals has assembled six exciting teams - three led by prominent women directors - to helm the diverse productions planned this season: a tap-happy musical comedy, a beloved classic, a completely reinvented musical from some of the finest creative minds in musical theatre, two bold new musicals, and a holiday show for all ages.

MasterVoices (formerly The Collegiate Chorale), celebrating its 75th anniversary during the 2016-2017 season, presents St. John Passion by Johann Sebastian Bach on February 9, 2017 at 7pm at Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall (57th Street and 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10019).  The production will be conducted by MasterVoices' Artistic Director Ted Sperling and will feature the MasterVoices chorus, Michael Slattery, Jesse Blumberg, Adam Lau, Jennifer Zetlan, Tamara Mumford, Ben Bliss,and Daniel Okulitch,with New York Baroque Incorporated.

Puffs Presents WizardNights - an exciting monthlong celebration of special theater and musical events presented by the Off Broadway hit PUFFS or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic - will continue through February 5 featuring special post-show readings of two new wizarding plays by Puffs playwright Matt Cox and concerts with two of our favorite Wizard Rock Bands, Draco and the Malfoys and Swish and Flick.

The Huntington Theatre Company presents the explosive Pulitzer Prize winner Topdog/Underdog by Suzan-Lori Parks and directed by Tony, Grammy, and Drama Desk Award winner Billy Porter (The Colored Museum at the Huntington and Lola in Kinky Boots on Broadway). Performances run March 10 - April 9, 2017 at the Avenue of the Arts / BU Theatre.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University under the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Director Diane Quinn, will present The Night of the Iguana, written by Tennessee Williams and directed by Michael Wilson. Performances begin on Saturday, February 18 and run through Saturday, March 18 at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle St., Cambridge.

David Mirvish is delighted to present the Studio 180 Theatre production of MY NIGHT WITH REG, by Kevin Elyot, directed by Joel Greenberg. MY NIGHT WITH REG plays February 10 to 26 at the Panasonic Theatre.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the West Coast premiere of Hand to God written by Robert Askins and directed by David Ivers. The Broadway smash hit and Tony Award-nominated play begins previews on Friday, February 3, and the show runs through Sunday, March 19. Playwrights Horizons has announced complete casting for THE LIGHT YEARS, the world premiere of a new play written by Drama Desk Award winner Hannah Bos (The Open House, Jacuzzi, Blood Play, Buddy Cop 2) and Obie Award winner Paul Thureen (Jacuzzi, Blood Play, Buddy Cop 2), directed and developed by Obie Award winner Oliver Butler (Jacuzzi, The Open House, Blood Play), made by The Debate Society.

San Diego Repertory Theatre (San Diego REP) will present the world premiere of "Our Great Tchaikovsky," a new play with music featuring the compositions of Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky with a book and performance by Hershey Felder.Directed by longtime collaborator Trevor Hay ("Hershey Felder as Irving Berling"), and produced by long-time collaborators Samantha F. Voxakis, Karen Racanelli and Erik Carstensen, Felder's newest work takes on Russia's most celebrated, and perhaps most mysterious, composer.
