American Stage Theatre Company and the St. Petersburg Museum of History have partnered to celebrate the theatre's 25th anniversary of American Stage in the Park with the premiere of the exhibit, 'A Celebration of 25 Years of American Stage in the Park,' running through June 3. Tickets are $8 to tour the entire museum. Patrons will receive a $2 discount if they present an American Stage in the Park ticket stub at the box office.

Free admission to the museum's exhibit on the history of American Stage in the Park is included (a suggested donation of $10 will go to help the museum).

The Philadelphia Orchestra today announced that Sting will appear as its special guest for the Academy of Music 153rd Anniversary Concert on Saturday, January 30, 2010. Sting, world-renowned singer/composer, will perform some of his best-known works with the Orchestra, continuing the Academy's long history of presenting popular music.

Michael Riedel is reporting in today's New York Post that Brian Dennehy might be headed back to Broadway in a double bill of Eugene O'Neill's Hughie and Krapp's Last Tape, which is set to run at the Goodman's Albert Theatre in Chicago from January 16 - February 21, 2010.

Daniel Sullivan will direct THE MERCHANT OF VENICE in rotating rep with THE WINTER'S TALE, directed by Michael Greif.
