The Drama Desk Award-Winning TADA! Youth Theater will present PRINCESS PHOOEY, an original Off-Broadway musical in its first revival, performed by the talented kids from TADA!'s Resident Youth Ensemble, for kids of all ages. With book and lyrics by LISA DIANA SHAPIRO and music by Drama Desk Nominee ERIC ROCKWELL, PRINCESS PHOOEY opens on July 10th and runs through August 1st at TADA!  15 West 28th Street (2nd floor).

Schaeffer collaborated on the last production of Elmer Gantry at Marriott's Lincolnshire Theatre in Chicago with authors John Bishop (book), Mel Marvin (music) and Bob Satuloff (lyrics) in 1998; the show has not been produced since then. This will be the 5th production in the show's history. Running in the MAX Theatre today, October 7 - November 9, Signature's production will include several brand new songs by Mel Marvin and Bob Satuloff and a reimagined script that John Bishop worked on until his death in 2006.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announces the line-up for its 10th anniversary Gallery Crawl taking place Friday, September 26, 2014, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. The crawl showcases a wide variety of thought-provoking art exhibitions in downtown Pittsburgh's Cultural District. Live bands, DJs, dance, comedy, film, and participatory activities are also part of the complimentary crawl events.

Hairspray: In Concert! will premiere with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra tonight, Jan. 11-13, 2013, and with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Jan. 24-27, 2013.
