Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, announces the complete cast and creative team for its production of Brian Friel's Dancing at Lughnasa, winner of the 1992 Tony Award for Best Play. Dancing at Lughnasa will be directed by Jessica Stone, who previously directed acclaimed productions of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Absurd Person Singular at Two River Theater.

Good Theater closes its 16th season with Ken Ludwig's A Comedy of Tenors in its Portland premiere.  This madcap comedy is the sequel to Ludwig's award-winning Lend Me a Tenor.

Final casting is announced for the first complete London revival of Noel Coward's Tonight at 8.30 since 1936, being staged by Jermyn Street Theatre as part of its The Reaction Season - 15 plays and musicals - 12 of them one-act - based around themes of reacting and re-enacting.

The human impact of conflict is at the heart of a compelling tale of a Palestinian family returning to the home they once fled, only to find it occupied by an Israeli family.Written by Ghassan Kanafani, widely considered one of Palestine's greatest novelists, Returning to Haifa receives its English-language premiere in a co-adaptation by American playwright Naomi Wallace and Beirut born Ismail Khalidi.

Some of the best names in live stand-up will be at Storyhouse Chester this Sunday, 4 Mar in the hilarious Our RITA's Comedy Gala.

Three of New Jersey's top corporations, Bank of America, The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey, and PSEG Foundation, have once again joined forces with the New Jersey State Arts Council to support the 21st annual  Stages Festival ("Stages"). Stages will offer over 90 theatre performances and programs for children and adults free of charge or at significantly discounted rates. Events will take place at theatres, art centers, libraries, schools, and other community venues from March 1st to the 31st, across the state.

Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director), recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, has announced today the cast and creative team of the world premiere production of the new musical The Sting, based on the 1973 film, and with book by Bob Martin, music and lyrics by Mark Hollmann & Greg Kotis with Harry Connick, Jr.

Artistic Director Edward Hall announces Hampstead Theatre's spring/summer season. The UK premiere of Rajiv Joseph's darkly comic post-truth play Describe the Night will be directed by Lisa Spirling. The world premiere of Jemma Kennedy's blisteringly entertaining Genesis Inc. will be directed by Laurie Sansom. The world premiere of Fiona Doyle's haunting and provocative new drama The Strange Death of John Doe will be directed by Artistic Director Edward Hall for Hampstead Downstairs. The production is a Hampstead Theatre commission and a finalist for The Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. Under 30s can access Priority Booking for all shows via The Downstairs Club - Hampstead's free membership scheme to allow better access to the cheaper seats.

Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director), recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, has announced today Harry Connick, Jr. will star as Henry Gondorff in the world-premiere production of The Sting.  The musical is based on the 1973 film, and will have its world premiere at Paper Mill Playhouse for a limited run from March 29 through April 29, 2018, with book by Bob Martin, music and lyrics by Mark Hollmann &Greg Kotis with Harry Connick, Jr.  In addition, the score will contain music by Scott Joplin including 'The Entertainer.'

English Touring Opera announces its Spring 2018 season, featuring a host of new talent in Blanche McIntyre's Mozart: The Marriage of Figaro and a revival of the 2011 Puccini: Il tabarro & Gianni Schicchi.

Buddy Guy will be taking the stage at the Morrison Center Thursday, June 21st at 7:30 pm.  At age 81, Buddy Guy is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, a major influence on rock titans like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, a pioneer of Chicago's fabled West Side sound, and a living link to the city's halcyon days of electric blues. Buddy Guy has received 7 GRAMMY Awards, a 2015 Lifetime Achievement GRAMMY Award, 37 Blues Music Awards (the most any artist has received), the Billboard Magazine Century Award for distinguished artistic achievement, a Kennedy Center Honor, and the Presidential National Medal of Arts. Rolling Stone Magazine ranked him #23 in its '100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.'

'SCREAMING SECRETS', written by writer and philosopher Alexander Matthews, forms part of Matthews' debut two-play season at the Tristan Bates Theatre in Covent Garden. The first play, 'Screaming Secrets' is set in 1975, in a world of free love, flared trousers, and deep thinking.

Saint Petersburg Classic Ballet's reputation continues to grow throughout the UK and the talented performers make their Storyhouse debut in February with two shows across three days.

The world premiere of the first English-language adaptation of the classic novella by Ghassan Kanafani, Returning to Haifa, adapted for the stage by Naomi Wallace and Ismail Khalidi, opens at the Finborough Theatre for a four week limited season on Tuesday, 27 February 2018 (Press Nights: Thursday 1 and Friday 2 March 2018 at 7.30pm).
