According to TMZ, Kristin Chenoweth has been hospitalized after an accident on the set of The Good Wife. A CBS source told TMZ Chenoweth was struck by a piece of lighting equipment, fell to the ground and struck her head.

In early May, BroadwayWorld reported that Tom Hanks will be heading to Broadway in 2013 in Nora Ephron's LUCKY GUY. According to the New York Times, the production will still happen, despite Ephron's recent death. A new production timeline has not yet been announced.

As confirmed by The New York Times, playwright and filmmaker Nora Ephron passed away today, June 26, 2012. She was 71. Ephron is well known for her films When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, You've Go Mail and more recently, Julie & Julia. For the stage, Ephron has written Short Talks on the Universe, Love, Loss, and What I Wore, Imaginary Friends, Lucky Guy, and more.

Joining Emmy Award-winner Loretta Swit on stage is Tony Award-winner Donna McKecknie, two time Tony Award-nominee Mary Testa, Love, Loss, and What I Wore veteran Roni Geva, and New York actor and director Rosalyn Coleman. Swit, McKecknie, Testa, and Geva have all been previously featured in Love, Loss, and What I Wore. This will be Coleman's first time with the production.

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater produces the 2011 Tony Award-winning production of Larry Kramer's The Normal Heart, directed by George C. Wolfe. Wolfe, who directed the show's sold-out Broadway engagement last season, mounts the professional D.C.-area premiere of this production, which features returning Broadway cast members Patrick Breen and Luke MacFarlane, among others. Presented by special arrangement with Daryl Roth, The Normal Heart runs tonight, June 8-July 29, 2012 in the Kreeger Theater.
