ABC continues its commitment to great storytelling with the announcement of its 2015-16 slate of programming, including the addition of 10 new series. Paul Lee, president, ABC Entertainment Group, will unveil the network's new lineup to the advertising and media communities this afternoon at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall.

Danforth) announced today they will honor the legendary Emmy®, Grammy®, Oscar® and Tony® Award (EGOT) winner James Earl Jones at the 31st Annual Musical Celebration of Broadway, to be held onMonday evening, February 2, 2015 at the famed Pierre Hotel (2 East 61st Street). The New York Philharmonic will return to Bravo! Vail in Colorado for the Orchestra's 12th- annual summer residency there, performing six concerts today, July 18-25, 2014.

Nevada Ballet Theatre (NBT) announced today that it will honor dancer, choreographer, actress, producer, director and author Debbie Allen as Woman of the Year for the 31st Annual Black & White Ball. The recipient of numerous awards, including a Tony Award, Golden Globe and three Emmy Awards among others, Allen's many contributions to the performing arts and entertainment industry will be celebrated on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at ARIA Resort & Casino, CityCenter.

The Glass Menagerie is the play that launched Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tennessee Williams' career and is among the masterworks of the American stage. Drawn from Williams' life, this moving play explores the illusory nature of dreams and the fragility of hope. Abandoned by the father of her children, Amanda is obsessed with finding a suitor for her shy and vulnerable daughter, Laura. Tom, the restless and sensitive son who narrates the story, eases his frustrations with nighttime escapes 'to the movies.' At Amanda's urgings, Tom asks a co-worker to dinner. Can this 'gentleman caller' offer any light to these bruised souls clinging to the tattered edges of lost dreams and faded hopes?

Arcadia Performing Arts Foundation presents its first season at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center - Air Supply tonight, January 25 at 8 pm; America on Saturday, February 22 at 8 pm; Broadway star Susan Egan, the original Belle of Beauty and the Beast, on Saturday, March 1 at 8 pm; and The Temptations on Saturday, June 7 at 8 pm.

Due to high ticket demand, a second concert performance of Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera has been set for Wednesday, February 5 at 8pm at Hollywood's legendary King King Club. The February 4 & 5 concerts will take place just a few days before the start of the 2014 Olympics, which is also the 20th anniversary of the lead pipe assault heard 'round the world and their subsequent skate-off at the 1994 Winter Olympics. With libretto by Elizabeth Searle and music by Michael Teoli, the concert version of Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera will be choreographed and directed by NAACP and Ovation Award-winner Janet Roston. Produced by Los Angeles Rock Opera Company in association with HarborSide Films, proceeds from the two evenings will go to support Celebration Theatre. While the Los Angeles Zoo is best known as one of Southern California's most family-friendly destinations, it's ADULTS ONLY for 'Sex and the City Zoo,' an extraordinary Valentine's Day event celebrating romance in the animal kingdom presented by the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA) on Saturday, February 8, 2014, 5 to 7 pm, in the Zoo's Witherbee Auditorium. The lighthearted affair begins with a reception featuring tempting desserts, alluring wines and “animal walk-abouts,' which include chats with keepers and the chance to observe small animals up close. The heart of the evening opens with a performance by recording artist, musician and entertainer Whitney Hall. Following the musical performance, guests are entertained with a provocative presentation about animal mating, dating and cohabitating by Michael Dee, former Los Angeles Zoo general curator, who offers insights about relationships in the animal kingdom. “Sex and the City Zoo 5” climaxes with an intimate three-course dinner (for an additional fee) at Reggie's Bistro inside the Zoo. Proceeds from the fifth annual event, generously sponsored by Whole Foods Market West Hollywood, support GLAZA, which funds plant and animal exhibits, species conservation, capital projects, education and community outreach, and many other programs at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens..

Proceeds from the evening will go to support Celebration Theatre.

Returning to the London stage for the first time in nearly 40 years the inimitable Angela Lansbury reunites with acclaimed director Michael Blakemore to reprise her Tony award-winning Broadway performance as Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit. Opening at the Gielgud Theatre on 18 March 2014, with previews from 1 March, this new production of Noel Coward's sharp comedy of social mores will also star Janie Dee and Charles Edwards.
