Jeff Skowron will return as the Grinch in the Globe's 13th annual production of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Skowron made his Globe debut as the Grinch in last season's production. The annual holiday musical, directed by James Vasquez with book and lyrics by Timothy Mason and music by Mel Marvin, will run in the Old Globe Theatre Nov. 20 - Dec. 26. Previews run from Nov. 20 - Nov. 26. Opening night is Nov. 26 at 7:00 p.m.

In Rome, Italy on Thursday, September 23rd there was a press conference announcing the World Premiere of Frank J. Avella's new play 'Vatican Falls' at Teatro Il Vascello. It will open on May 2, 2011. Lead producers Margo Lion and Hal Luftig announced today that the new musical CATCH ME IF YOU CAN will open on Broadway Sunday, April 10, 2011 at a Nederlander theatre to be announced. This new musical, created by a team of Tony winners, features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman, choreography by Jerry Mitchell and is directed by Jack O'Brien.
