Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater is proud to present Oregon Shakespeare Festival's production of Bill Cain's Equivocation in the first collaboration between Arena Stage and OSF. Directed by OSF's Artistic Director Bill Rauch, Equivocation reunites the original cast and creative team from the 2009 world-premiere production for this D.C. premiere. Equivocation runs November 18, 2011-January 1, 2012 in the Kreeger Theater.

Berkeley's acclaimed Aurora Theatre Company presents the second Aurora Script Club meeting of the season with playwright Bill Cain's (Equivocation, Nine Circles) Stand-Up Tragedy. Cain introduced Stand-Up Tragedy to the American stage 20 years ago, telling a story in music and dance through characters who feel like puppets gambling with their fate in an 'ecology of evil.'

Bootleg Theater proudly presents playwright Bill Cain's award winning 9 Circles starring noted actor Patrick J. Adams in the tour-de-force role of Army Private Daniel Reeves, a nineteen-year old soldier who returns home from active duty in Iraq only to find himself engaged in a fight for his very life. Originally developed at the Ojai Playwrights Conference and South Coast Rep's Pacific Playwrights Festival, Cain's transcendent story receives its Los Angeles premiere under the direction of Justin Zsebe at Bootleg Theater. 9 Circles opens Friday, October 21, 2011 and run Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm until Saturday, November 12, 2011.
