Now going strong it's third, THE AFTER PARTY is billed as 'a weekly schmoozefest for the theatrically inclined.' Producer Howard Panter for Ambassador Theatre Group and co-producers Tulchin/Bartner/Jenkins, Bill Kenwright, Northwater Entertainment, Darren Bagert, and Tom Gregory announced the complete cast and design team for the new Broadway production of the greatest musical comedy GUYS AND DOLLS. The first joint Broadway project by two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo since their collaboration on the Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys, GUYS AND DOLLS will begin previews on February 3, 2009 at Broadway's newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). Opening Night is March 1, 2009.

Lyric Theatre, Oklahoma's premiere professional theatre company, concludes the 2007-2008 'Lyric at the Plaza' season with the big, bad, rock-n-roll musical, The Rocky Horror Show. From October 9th through November 1st, Lyric will present the live version of the spectacular cult classic film about the madcap adventures of Brad Majors and his fiancé Janet Weiss, who approach the spooky Frankenstein place to find help for a flat tire.

Bruce Adler died early this morning, July 25th 2008 of cancer he had been battling for several years. He was sixty-three years old.
