FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine, and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, continues its 10th Anniversary season with the debut of Tony Award winning Broadway star SUTTON FOSTER for two nights only, April 6 and April 20.

Alan Gilbert, who will become Music Director of the New York Philharmonic in September 2009, returns to New York to lead two weeks of programs with the Orchestra. The first series of concerts ? Thursday, April 30, 2009, at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2, and 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday, May 5, at 7:30 p.m. will comprise Dvorák?s The Golden Spinning Wheel; Saint-Saëns?s Violin Concerto No. 3, with Joshua Bell as soloist; and Martin's Symphony No. 4.

On February 18 and 19, La MaMa will host an open house, 'New Voices Heard,' featuring a sampling of eight plays that were developed during the summer of 2008 in the La MaMa Umbria International Playwrights Retreat. This free event will take place at La MaMa La Galleria, 6 East First Street, Manhattan (between Second Avenue and Bowery), Manhattan. Admission is free. Excerpts of eight plays will be presented. Seven will be staged readings and one will be fully acted.

Lifeline Theatre continues its 26th anniversary season by welcoming new Marketing Director Robert Kauzlaric as of December 22, 2008, and new Director of Education Lea Pinsky as of March 2, 2009. Kauzlaric and Pinsky will team up with Artistic Director Dorothy Milne and Operations Manager Erica Foster to shepherd the organization through its 2008-2009 season, which continues with two world premiere stage adaptations ? the KidSeries show 'Flight of the Dodo' (running December 20, 2008 ? February 22, 2009), and the MainStage production 'Mariette in Ecstasy' (running February 13 ? April 5, 2009). Lifeline's previous Director of Marketing and Education Coordinator, Frances Limoncelli, recently joined Amble Resorts as Marketing Director, though she continues as member of Lifeline's artistic ensemble, and will adapt Lifeline's world premiere adaptation of Dorothy L. Sayers' 'Busman's Honeymoon,' which runs May 1 ? June 21, 2009.

Producer Howard Panter for Ambassador Theatre Group and co-producers Tulchin/Bartner/Jenkins, Bill Kenwright, Northwater Entertainment, Darren Bagert, and Tom Gregory announced the complete cast and design team for the new Broadway production of the greatest musical comedy GUYS AND DOLLS. The first joint Broadway project by two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo since their collaboration on the Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys, GUYS AND DOLLS will begin previews on February 3, 2009 at Broadway's newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). Opening Night is March 1, 2009.

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Quentin Crisp (immortalised on TV by John Hurt in 'The Naked Civil Servant'), Bette Bourne returns to the London stage with his acclaimed, multi award-winning performance in Tim Fountain's 'Resident Alien'. The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein, a new musical comedy from the creative team of the 12-time Tony Award winning smash The Producers, will open on Broadway November 8th 2007 at the Hilton Theatre (213 W 42nd St).
