On Monday, December 14th, Ann Harada resurrected her character 'Christmas Eve' from the Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q for a one night only holiday cabaret entitled Christmas Eve With Christmas Eve. The evening took place at The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space @ WNYC (44 Charlton Street at Varick) with all proceeds benefiting Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.

The UK Theater publication The Stage is reporting thatin a new interview with ABBA Benny Andersson, that he tells them that 'discussions were underway to bring the musical back to the US' and that 'Someone wants to have another go on Broadway, I am not sure which theatre yet, but I think it will happen.'

Helen Sjöholm, who originated the title role in the Swedish production of KRISTINA, and internationally renowned tenor Russell Watson, will headline the concert version of Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' musical at Carnegie Hall featuring a 50 piece symphony orchestra conducted by Paul Gemignani. Directed by Lars Rudolfsson, the complete 32 member company will be announced shortly.
